INFORMATION

Parents are responsible for the supervision of their own children. (Disclaimer form can be seen before entering)

Anyone over 12 years old is for supervision only and needs to sign a Disclaimer form before entering the premises.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions.

(Locker keys can be hired with a deposit of £2. Refundable on return of key!)

We have our own Free car park. (Cars are also left at owners' own risk)

We have our own cafe. So please do not bring in any food or drink.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR SOCKS FOR PLAY AND T SHIRTS NEED TO BE WORN.

We have a shop inside the main entrance for all your party needs. Balloons, party bags, party bag fillers. Balloons can be made to order.

Sweet cones can also be made to order. (Please allow 10 days for orders to be completed).

Safety and Security

Security doors at the entrance are controlled by staff at reception, the exit is controlled by parents for the exit. Please do not press the button to allow friends and family back in.
CCTV recording 24 hours a day
Alarmed fire doors, so if your child were to wander off, we know about it!
A limited amount of lockers are available for you to put your personal possessions away for safekeeping. (We are not responsible for any loss or damage)

Sickness

If you have had the sickness bug, please allow 48 hours clear before attending.

Chicken Pox - Please only attend if your child is clear from this - no longer contagious.
