GENERAL PARTY

 

 

  

Parties 

Children’s Parties are where we excel. Take the hassle out of arranging a venue, party food, party bags and balloons. It’s all under one roof! We can also cater for nursery leavers' / graduation parties or any groups.

You only need to bring your birthday cake and candle. 

NO OTHER FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE BOUGHT INTO THE PREMISES 

Last adult food orders for a 4.15-6.15 party  is 4.45pm and children will be fed at 5pm

Last adult food orders for a 6.30-8.30 party is 7pm and children will be fed 7.15pm

If you have children arriving any later than the food times then please advise on arrival. If you can find out what the children arriving late would like to eat and the time of the arrival we can arrange food for them.

Please, double-check all details before paying your deposit. Make sure you have selected all the items you require. Sweet cones and marshmallow cones need to be ordered at least 10 days before your party. We do not always carry spares. If they are not on your booking when placed, we cannot reserve them for you!

Please check the minimum and maximum amounts of children you can invite to each of the parties as this does differ. Put the amount of children in as the amount of children you are inviting to your party. You only pay for those that turn up over the minimum amount. (Not for those that do not attend after you have invited them).

We call you up to 7 days before your party to confirm details with you, in the meantime if you want to change/add or ask anything please email so we can amend where necessary.

Cancellations need to be in writing. (please check the cancellation terms below for refunds)

If your child or a guest to your party has special dietary requirements, please make us aware of this when booking the party so that we can arrange for food to be prepared separately!

If you have any special needs or disabled children attending any of our parties, please make sure you have a responsible adult to help around the playframe and toilets.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PARTY BAGS DO NOT HAVE ANY SWEETS IN THEM. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN TO ADD

 A £30 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON BOOKING YOUR PARTY! 

INVITATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE COLLECTED FROM RECEPTION ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID (or you can use your own)

NO FURTHER PAYMENT IS TAKEN BEFORE THE PARTY  THE REMAINDER IS PAID ON THE DAY AT THE TIME OF THE PARTY.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be in writing.

•3 months or more before the party – FULL REFUND.

•1 month to 2 months before the party – 50% REFUND.

•Less than a month before the party – NO REFUND.

Any outside entertainer / mascots - are asked to provide us with a current copy of the insurance cover and risk assessment. This is for the safety of your children!

If you are hiring an outside entertainer or mascot, please advise on what time they will be attending so we can make room for them. We need them to work around our timings to make the party run smoothly. Mascots are welcome at private parties only. In our experience on a general party, they will be grouped around by other members of the public.

No party poppers, table confetti or pinatas 

We ask that parties are to arrive at the allotted times only and vacate the greeting tables once the party time has finished allowing us to clean and tidy ready for the next party to arrive! Children are not permitted back onto the play frame once your party time has expired. Party hosts will inform you of times when children will be fed due to turn around in busy periods.
